Completely Integrated Services and Built-in Research
Part of Tricolor’s Added Value is our ability to truly offer a fully integrated service. The reason for this is because we all started out as in-house marketing and development staff ourselves, which means you have to become an ‘expert in all things tactical’. We are able to turn our hand to just about any marketing, development or fundraising campaign because we believe that success comes from knowledge, insight and research. It’s not about what WE think you should be doing, it’s what your clients, customers and stakeholders need and want.
Particularly valuable to our clients is our built-in research and evaluation tactics for any campaign. Many clients have customer data available, but it may be out-of-date or asking the wrong kinds of questions. We help our clients get ‘ready to grow’ by helping them establish objectives, setting a baseline for evaluation and helping them monitor the results. This comes as standard with any Tricolor work – afterall, we want to know just as much as you do how well we’ve done!
Discounted Rates
A significant part of our strategy is based on pricing. The reason we do this is not ‘to undercut our competitors’, although that’s a nice side-effect, but to make sure that all types of organisations can afford our expertise. It is most often those businesses who need to be careful with cashflow that need our help the most and that’s why we have varying pricing models and offer discounted rates to clients who can commit quickly or over a longer term.

Online Project Management Software
At Tricolor, we provide all our clients with an Online Project Management System to help keep their campaigns and projects in order. We offer two different types – one called Basecamp, which acts as a secure server for all your files, project messaging, calendars, and to-do lists. The other is called Backpack, and is a simplified version of Basecamp that allows your project files to be stored together in one easy space.
